Feature
The main use and scope of application of the product
Mainly used for ordinary carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, aluminum alloy pipe, copper pipe cutting and processing. Cutting workpiece size: round pipe Φ20mm-φ160mm, square pipe side length ≤110mm, rectangular pipe profile diagonal ≤160mm, L ≤6500mm.
Automatic feeding size: round pipe: Φ30mm-Φ130mm; square pipe: side length 25mm-80mm, pocket feeding method, the rest of the pipe does not support automatic feeding; single pipe weight ≤ 70kg. flush length: 5900mm ≤ workpiece ≤ 6100mm.

Main machine part

Feeding device
The feeding device is mainly composed of pocket material frame, material belt, pocket material motor, material frame, material lifting motor, material lifting frame, guiding frame, temporary storage blocking cylinder, material feeding frame, etc. When the photoelectric switch detects that there is a steel pipe rolled to the material frame, the material motor reverses to prevent too many steel pipes from rolling to the material frame, the material lifting frame will lift one pipe at a time, the lifted pipe will rise to a certain height and roll along the feeding ramp to the position of the temporary storage blocking cylinder, when the main machine finishes cutting one pipe, the rear chuck returns to zero position. When the main machine finishes cutting a tube, the rear chuck returns to zero position, the staging cylinder drops and the tube rolls into the arc of the feeding ramp.
After the workpiece rolls into the arc of feeding ramp, the flush cylinder extends the flush material, and the material holding mechanism lifts the workpiece to the center of front and rear chuck, the rear chuck clamps the workpiece, the rear chuck advances to feed the workpiece into the front chuck, the front chuck clamps the workpiece and starts cutting.

Bed part

The up and down movement of the laser head is controlled by the CNC system servo motor, which drives the linear module to drive the Z-axis slide plate up and down reciprocating motion to complete. The upper and lower ends are controlled by proximity switches to ensure the safety and reliability of the movement.
Electrical control system
The electrical control system of FLT-6016LN series fiber optic pipe cutting machine is mainly composed of Pachu CNC system, servo system and low voltage electrical system.
