JQ-2560HP is an exchange table closed fiber laser cutting machine developed by Jinqiang Laser for the actual needs of the sheet metal processing industry, the front and rear two platforms for rapid parallel exchange, greatly reducing the time used for loading and unloading, to improve processing efficiency.
It is mainly used for ordinary carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. The cutting workpiece size is 2500X6000, and the maximum length is 6000mm.

The up and down movement of the laser head is controlled by the servo motor of the CNC system, which drives the linear module to drive the Z-axis slide plate up and down reciprocating motion to complete. The upper and lower ends are controlled by proximity switches to ensure the safety and reliability of the movement. The linear modules are made of high quality products to ensure the accuracy of transmission.
The Z-axis can be used as a CNC axis for its individual interpolation motion, while it can be linked with X and Y axes, and can be switched to the follower control to meet the needs of different situations. Since the Z-axis follower is also controlled by the CNC system, the accuracy of the follower is high and the stability is good, thus ensuring the quality of cutting.
After the capacitive sensor in the Z-axis device detects the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the plate, the signal is fed back to the control system, and then the control system controls the Z-axis motor to drive the cutting head up and down, thus controlling the constant distance between the nozzle and the plate and effectively ensuring the cutting quality. The cutting head can adjust the focus automatically or manually, and the position of the focus can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the cutting material, thus obtaining a good cutting section.
Exchange platform
The exchange platform is mainly composed of support frame, knife strip frame, sprocket chain, etc. The horizontal movement of the upper and lower knife strip frames connected by the chain is mainly driven by the rotation of the sprocket, and there are rollers installed on the knife strip frame to ensure the smooth movement of the knife strip frame. The front and rear platforms can be exchanged in parallel quickly, which greatly reduces the time for loading and unloading and improves the processing efficiency.
